  • Confidentiality: Processing is fully automated to minimize human access. No manual review occurs except in cases of abuse, fraud, or legal compliance.

arising from or related to Your use, inability to use, or reliance on the Service, even if ClickPDFs has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes damages caused by:

  • Modifications, updates, or removal of features or functionality
  • Third-party services, integrations, or content
  • Events beyond ClickPDFs’ reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure events, natural disasters, strikes, cyberattacks, internet failures, government actions, or other unforeseen circumstances

If any liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, ClickPDFs’ total aggregate liability shall be strictly limited to the greater of (a) USD 100 or (b) the total amount You paid to use the Service (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.
